Quran & Sunnah

The timeless sources of wisdom and emotional intelligence behind every Elevated Pearls journey.

At Elevated Pearls, emotional wellness is never separated from the soul. Coach Sadaf’s work is rooted in two timeless sources — the Quran and the Sunnah — which together offer a gentle yet profound path toward a calm and regulated heart.

The Sacred BookWhat Is the Quran?

The Quran is the holy book of Islam. Muslims believe it to be the literal word of God — known in Arabic as Allah — revealed to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ over a period of approximately twenty-three years.

Beyond being a book of worship and guidance, the Quran speaks directly to the human heart. It addresses grief, fear, hope, patience, and peace with a tenderness that has comforted believers for centuries, and it describes itself as a source of guidance, mercy, and healing. For Coach Sadaf, the Quran is the wellspring from which all of her coaching flows — a living source of clarity, comfort, and calm.

The Prophetic ExampleWhat Is the Sunnah?

The Sunnah is the way of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ — his teachings, his actions, and the example he set throughout his life. If the Quran is divine guidance given in words, the Sunnah is that guidance lived and embodied.

It shows how the Prophet ﷺ responded to hardship with patience, met others with gentleness, carried grief with grace, and faced fear with trust in God. In this sense, the Sunnah is emotional intelligence in practice — a real, human model of how a steady and faithful heart moves through the world.

Elevated Pearls warmly welcomes women of all faiths. This wisdom is shared as an invitation to reflection and growth — never as pressure — and you are welcome to take from it whatever brings you peace.

Wisdom Into PracticeHow Coach Sadaf Works with the Quran’s Values

Rather than treating faith as something distant or abstract, Coach Sadaf draws on the core values of the Quran and turns them into gentle, practical tools for everyday emotional life. Four of these values sit at the very centre of her work:

صبر
Sabr
Patience

Meeting hardship with steadiness and grace, rather than reacting from a place of overwhelm.

شكر
Shukr
Gratitude

Training the heart to notice, hold, and give thanks for what is good — even within difficulty.

توكّل
Tawakkul
Trust

Gently releasing what lies beyond our control, and resting in trust of God’s wisdom and care.

رحمة
Rahmah
Mercy

Extending compassion inward — to oneself — as fully and freely as we extend it to others.

Through these values, women learn to meet overwhelm with steadiness, to soften self-criticism into self-compassion, and to move, day by day, toward a heart that is calm and regulated.

Her Signature ApproachThe Sunnah Method

Coach Sadaf’s signature approach — the Sunnah method — is rooted in the remarkable emotional intelligence that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ embodied throughout his life. He knew loss, rejection, hardship, and fear, and met each of them with patience, presence, and compassion.

The Sunnah method invites women to learn from this prophetic example — to develop the same emotional skills of awareness, regulation, and gentleness, and to carry them into their own lives, relationships, and challenges.

From Foundation to FrameworkBringing It Together: The Pearl Path

These two sources come together in the Pearl Path framework — Self-Awareness, Self-Care, Self-Discipline, and Self-Protection. Each principle is drawn from Quranic wisdom and the Prophet’s ﷺ example, and together they shape the intentional eight-week journey at the heart of Elevated Pearls.

Begin with a calm, regulated heart

If this path speaks to you, Coach Sadaf would be honoured to walk it with you — gently, and at your own pace.
