I’m Coach Sadaf, and since 2020 I have supported women of all faiths in regulating their emotional wellness through a path that is both deeply spiritual and beautifully practical. My work rests on the Sunnah method — the emotional intelligence that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ embodied throughout his life, guided always by the wisdom of the Qur’an.
Through my signature framework, the Pearl Path, I help women cultivate self-awareness, practise meaningful self-care, develop self-discipline, and establish self-protection through healthy boundaries. Together, over an intentional eight-week journey, we work toward one lasting goal: a calm and regulated heart that draws you nearer to your dreams — and to eternal peace.
